Why ESIC coverage?

ESIC subscription is an employee's insurance on workplace health and safety. It is a sickness/terminal benefit and is subscribed and paid for by the employer as per the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948. It is a statutory requirement for organizations to include this for their direct and indirectemployees.
